How to spot it
If the patient's or visitor's body is completely black on CCTV and all normal features disappear, it is an anomaly.
Why it matters
This is one of the fastest camera calls in the game, so missing it usually means you skipped the camera instead of misreading the model.

This is a camera-side fail first. If the desk and photo felt close, the waiting-room feed is usually the layer that finally exposes it.
