How to spot it
On CCTV, some anomalies have a big black censor bar over their eyes with another pair of eyes drawn on top.
Why it matters
This is one of the cleanest camera-only fails, and skipping CCTV is the only real reason to miss it.
Quick answer
This is a camera-side fail first. If the desk and photo felt close, the waiting-room feed is usually the layer that finally exposes it.
Use CCTV when the first two layers feel too close
Camera anomalies usually exist to break ties after the desk and photo still leave doubt.
Hold the feed for a real second look
Many misses happen because players flash the camera and close it before the body or stare pattern settles in.
Trust the camera once it exposes the mismatch
If CCTV shows the impossible body or behavior, treat it as the deciding layer instead of falling back to desk memory.

When to reject immediately
Treat the censor bar as a hard reject the moment you see it on the camera feed.

Once the bar appears, do not let the cleaner desk view talk you out of the camera evidence.

Open the waiting-room camera, hold the view for a few seconds, and trust the camera if it reveals a form the desk-side patient never had.

If you only reach the camera after the admit already feels desperate, you are more likely to second-guess a real fail.

Many camera-only tells need a beat to become readable, especially body shape and staring behavior.
