Security Camera Anomaly
Skinwalker
Recognition reference
CCTV review
There is no safe exact screenshot for this page yet, so this recognition card is here to keep the tell readable without showing the wrong in-game example.
How to spot it
The CCTV can reveal a skinwalker face with a huge mouth, sharp teeth, and a long tongue even when the patient looked normal in person and in photos.
Why it matters
This is one of the strongest arguments for side-angle CCTV checks before you admit uncertain visitors.
Quick answer
This is a camera-side fail first. If the desk and photo felt close, the waiting-room feed is usually the layer that finally exposes it.
Use CCTV when the first two layers feel too close
Camera anomalies usually exist to break ties after the desk and photo still leave doubt.
Hold the feed for a real second look
Many misses happen because players flash the camera and close it before the body or stare pattern settles in.
Trust the camera once it exposes the mismatch
If CCTV shows the impossible body or behavior, treat it as the deciding layer instead of falling back to desk memory.
What to look for
- • Wide-open mouth
- • Sharp teeth
- • Long tongue only visible on camera
When to reject immediately
If the camera reveals a skinwalker form, do not admit the patient no matter how normal they looked at the desk.
Common misread
Desk and photo checks are not enough for this one. The camera is the deciding layer.
Best response
Open the waiting-room camera, hold the view for a few seconds, and trust the camera if it reveals a form the desk-side patient never had.
What usually causes the miss
Opening CCTV too late
If you only reach the camera after the admit already feels desperate, you are more likely to second-guess a real fail.
Closing the feed too early
Many camera-only tells need a beat to become readable, especially body shape and staring behavior.
Ignoring CCTV because desk and photo looked close enough
That is exactly how camera anomalies get through the route.

Censored Eyes
On CCTV, some anomalies have a big black censor bar over their eyes with another pair of eyes drawn on top.
Unnatural Body
The CCTV shows an elongated, stretched, or otherwise impossible body shape with limbs jutting out at wrong angles.
Hollow Face (CCTV)
The same hollow-eye expression can also show up only on camera, especially if you use the waiting-room view and watch the face carefully.
