How to spot it
If the eyes or ears on the waiting-room camera do not match the patient standing at the desk, it's an anomaly. This is one of the hardest CCTV reads in the game.
Why it matters
Because the camera is far away, this is exactly the kind of tell that punishes sloppy comparison habits.

This is a camera-side fail first. If the desk and photo felt close, the waiting-room feed is usually the layer that finally exposes it.
