Appearance Anomaly
Human Teeth
Recognition reference
Visual desk check
There is no safe exact screenshot for this page yet, so this recognition card is here to keep the tell readable without showing the wrong in-game example.
How to spot it
This variant shows a more realistic set of human-looking teeth instead of the game’s normal cartoony mouth.
Why it matters
It is another desk-side freebie, so it mostly punishes hesitation.
Quick answer
This is a desk-side fail first. If the face, posture, or mouth is already clearly wrong, do not waste extra time trying to let photo or CCTV rescue the call.
Watch a few seconds before deciding
Desk anomalies punish one-glance reads. Hold the patient in view long enough to catch movement, face shape, and obvious extra features.
Trust the desk when the fail is obvious
Do not send a clearly bad face or posture deeper into the route just because you want more proof.
Save photo and CCTV for close cases
Those layers are backup, not mandatory steps after every obvious visual failure.
What to look for
- • Human-looking teeth
- • Mouth reads too realistic for the normal style
- • Visible before any extra check
When to reject immediately
Reject immediately if the teeth read as human rather than normal for that model.
Common misread
Do not confuse this with the regular sharp-teeth grin. Human Teeth is about the realistic dental look.
Best response
Reject at the desk as soon as the tell is clean. The only reason to go deeper is if the visual read still feels genuinely close.
What usually causes the miss
Rushing the desk read
Most desk misses happen because the player wants to process the queue faster than the animation or face tell can settle.
Treating obvious tells like close calls
Three eyes, hollow faces, and clean body mismatches should not be sent deeper just for reassurance.
Forgetting that motion is part of the check
Twitching-style tells disappear if you only memorize still screenshots and never watch the patient idle.
Similar anomalies in this check layer
Twitching
Look for fast, erratic twitching in the arms or neck instead of a normal idle pose. The movement can be brief, so watch the patient for four to five seconds before you decide they're clean.
Three Eyes
Some patients show three glowing red eyes instead of the normal two, and it is one of the cleanest desk-check calls in the game.
Hollow Face
Watch for two empty eye holes and a wide-open frowning mouth instead of a normal face.
